      • Deliver 70,000 ‘About Town’ charging banks at 50kW and less, and 2,600 more powerful ‘En-Route’ charging banks
      • Provide 2.5 million interest-free loans for people to buy their own Electric Vehicles
      • Set up publicly owned community car-sharing clubs, with focus on putting 30,000 electric cars on the streets for hire by local people
